BadMab Header Gasket Leak...HELP!

So, I need some Help here...I'm super Frustrated with the Gaskets that BadMab give you with the Header, I Installed my Header like 2 months ago and I started getting a fairly Loud ticking sound when ever I would start the vehicle. Come to find out that the Brand new gaskets that BadMab give you w/ Their new Header Suck Ass and I had to replace them with OEM Gaskets. So, I Replaced the Gasket where the DP goes into the flange of the Header and guess what? A week or two later its Leaking again! WTF! I asked my Tech at my work if the Flange was Warped and he said that he didnt think so, But I'm thinkin that it might be(He's a Ford Tech) cause what the Hell else could it be???? Thanks

Hello? Anyone?? Has anyone used Remflex Gaskets? They say that Exhaust Leaks are GUARANTEED to Stop, Is this True?

The only thing I had to take my car to a mechanic for was the same problem you're having but I have the zzp midlength combo. They filed down the flange and used some different gasket, not sure what kind though.

Go to Napa and use two gaskets. This happens even with factory exhaust parts, especially once you start ******* with them.

I'm having the same problem. I installed my bad-mab last week and it's leaking. I really like the header but I'm hoping I can get it to seal.
