Blinking CEL, misfires, but running fine?

2008 Cobalt SS turbo with 75k miles. It has been religiously maintained and has never given me any mechanical issues, but I was driving from Lincoln to Omaha last Friday, cruising at a constant 80mph, when my check engine light blinked a few times. The car was running fine, no loss of power and no weird noises or vibrations. The check engine light blinked a few more times over the course of maybe five minutes and then it hasn't done it since then. Drive it to Omaha and then back to Lincoln and nothing. I scanned it and I got codes for misfires on all four cylinders. I just find it odd that I didn't feel or hear anything, yet the computer claims I had a bunch of misfires?

Awhile back, yea. But that was like 20k miles ago and I gapped them correctly. No problems until now. It has been running fine since too

See what codes are in history. The blinking is normally related to conditions that can cause a failure of the emissions equipment, normally misfires. Pull the specific code (which should be stored unless you disconnected the battery).

Just had my car in a few days ago for emissions and found that I also had misfiring. New plugs took care of it and wiped the codes.

My codes were : P0300, p0303, p0301, p0304, and p0302.
I have fairly new plugs. Weird that they would be bad already, if that's the case. Hmm.

How new are they? I know the Trifecta tunes generally run a little on the rich side
