Bolt stripped

One of the bolts that hold the fuel rail cover on is stripped. What could I use to get it out?

Either and easy-out
or
Drill it a hole in the bolt slightly smaller than a allen wrench and tap the allen wrench into the drilled hole until it bites in and turn it out. If that allen wrench doesn't work use on a little bit bigger.

Could use something like this:

Craftsman 6 pc. Power Extractor and Damaged Screw Remover

or if it's just a stripped bolt head:
