Boost leak/lag? And HUGE power loss. Please help

This problem has been present for about 8 months now but it is rare and very random. I will just be driving and suddenly I have no acceleration power at all and also only get 5 pounds of boost max when this problem accours. The car feels like I'm driving a Prius, when I am driving its very weak. I have been battling the dealership to get it fixed and they cant find any problems they just clear the codes. I have gotten the By Pass Valve CEL code and also the Boost Sensor CEL code multiple times. The dealership has already replaced the By Pass Valve, the Turbo Sensor, and also the Turbo wires. Someone please help if you have any questions about this or if I haven't clarified it enough please ask.

Thanks

I'm on my 3rd MAF and that didnt fix anything. They blamed it on the sensor getting oil on it and that was giving the turbo sensor weird readings. Didnt solve the problem.

Okay wire or connector damage to the maf, these conectors donot take any kind of strain and the wires are small due to the low voltage that they break easily.(a wire breaking a few strands in the insulation is enough to change the resistance of it and make the readings irregular..
Theybdealer should be able to see the maf readings on the tech 2 and see if they are looking proper ,so if they changed it twice then why not check the wires.
No one ever suspects the wires or connectors.
