Bottom lip front/rear bumper

Okay, so when I bought my Cobalt I had noticed that the SS lip on the front and rear bumper were starting to come apart from the bumper. I had figured it would be an easy fix but I never got around to it. I was at least hoping there was a way to fix it without spending the money to buy new ones or try to look for some. I figured I would post on here and throw up some pics to see what you guys have to say or if there was anything I could do to fix this. Any help would be great!

Thats what I was originally thinking, but as I thought about it more, I didn't think that double sided tape would work too long. I think I am gonna give that a shot though. Thank you!
