Post Brake pads rubbing on rotor issue

Hello, I was wondering if any of you has some advice for this issue. My brake pads rub on the rotor a bit. It's not terrible but when I lifted the car for an oil change, two of the four wheels did not spin as notably as easily as the others and I could hear a whining noise. That noise is now present when I throw the car in reverse aw well. I was wondering if there's a process of loosening the disk brakes using the sliding pins or if it is just something I'm going to have to live with. Also, I'm not sure if this is related or not, but there is also a massive amount of brake dust that gets on my wheels after every drive. If I clean it, it'll just take a 15 minute drive to get them caked in dust again. I can clearly how it may be related to my pads rubbing on the rotor or if it's just a trait of the brembo brakes.
Any help, advice or information would be really appreciated! Thank you all for your time, it's amazing being a part of such a wonderful community.

It sounds like your calipers have seized. You can take them off and try to force them to move again but I personally would just buy new ones and replace the old ones.

So is it the fronts or rears that are sticking?

When was the last time the slider pins were removed and lubricated?
