So, I have an 06 LS Coupe, and I've noticed on moderate stops (light turns yellow), the brakes squeal a bit. I only have 800 miles on the car. And I only hear it when I'm forced to make the rare moderate stop. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this a known problem, fixable under warranty?

I read in another post that brakes may squeal when dirty, and that all I have to do is clean them. Does that mean, spray them down at the car wash, or use a special cleaning product?

 

they make a specific brake cleaner for that problem. i would check for brake dust first. if nothing noticable then spray. if that doesnt help i would take it back since it should fall under warranty.
