How Come They Replace My Brand New Shifter Knob And Give A New One That Looks As If Someone Used A Jackhammer To Install It. The Whole Front (the Part You Cant See , Only Feel) Is Completely Smashed In, The Also Messed With My Steering And Gave Me My Car Back With The Steering Wheel Completely F-ed Up, And Then I Had To Argue To Get An Allignment, Now I Have To Go Back To Get A New Knob Again!@!!!!! Anyone Have Problems Like This?
