OK So Another Update!!!
Well i removed my passenger side wheel (the same one that i locked up while braking real hard) and put a SS/SC wheel on,took it for a drive and the noise wasn't there. So i guess my tire is fucked, visually I can't see nothing wrong with the tire. I guess i need to check warranty on the tire and see if they will replace it. So there we go I'm so glad I found the problem but I'm also pissed that its my tire, which only has about 13,000 miles on it.
