in behind the glove box. A how to of how to change it is in your owners manual. It's super simple.

 

yea, piece of cake. open up the glove box, and you'll see a few tabs at the top. open the tabs, pull out the old one, put the new one in, re-do that tabs. 2 minute job tops if you find it confusing. if not, can be done in less than 30 seconds.
