hey guys,
as some of you may know my car has been having some issues. after my car gets to around operating temperature and when i come to stops or push the clutch in. my RPM dives down and dips really low 300-500 rpm. sometimes it even shuts off. Vince at Trifecta said he didnt see anything wrong in the datalog. Also what i notice is my vacuum bouncing around 20-15 after car is at operating temp. Every once in a while i also get a nasty valve train noise after starting car when its already warm but that noise isnt happening as much as it used to. Let me know what you guys think, extremely annoying to deal with

 

I have the same problem with my rpm's surging when i push in the clutch or come to a stop. Bump for answers. Im cleaning my TB tomorrow

haha nice. i may go home tomorrow and take a look at my TB too, im also gonna do another data log of my car while driving and ill try to get a few bogs in there too

i have this problem too but me it is when the engine is very cold when it is normal temp this trouble stops i will also cleaning my throttle body and change my spark plugs

 

Are all you trifecta tuned.... If so maybe look at the tune. But the injectors matter and ect............ If u are using deka 60(siemens) idle will be be choppy but alot of the time that can be avoided. T.b is apossible.

 

yes im trifecta tuned and using the 39lb ford injectors that came in the stage 2 kit. I put new plugs in last week gapped at .035. gonna hopefully touch my car today

 

im gmpp stage 3 with the pcm stage 3 from gmpp no tuning on it i have the stage 2 injectors

 

took off my TB and intake manifold yesterday and just did a little cleaning to both and no help :/ anyone else have any ideas?

 

Damn near everyone is having this problem. I have it with my 2005 LS automatic.

i clean my throttle body yesterday and change my spark plug and everything is ok right now . but me my problem was only when the car is cold . i have a gmpp stage 3 with the stage 2 injector + nitrous . i change the spark plug and i take the original oem acdelco irridium. i had ngk with .035 gap and i replace with the irridium acdelco with the .040 . anyway the car have less problem with my nitrous . i dont know if it is the throttle body cleaning oir the spark plug but im not sure it is ok i will know tomorrow morning to make sure

 

anyone else get their issue fixed?
