Car Not Starting Help!

So I removed the blower to inspect the rotors because I was getting some noise and after putting it back together the car won't start. I took it back apart to check all the connections and it still wont start. The engine turns over it just wont fire up. I have removed the blower before and never had any problems. Any suggestions?
