car not starting. help please

Ok my girl has a 91 honda accord ex. it hasn't been started in 2 years. i changed the oil, ignition coil, spark plugs, wires, distributor rotor. it gets spark (pull them out turned it over, got spark). well i tried to start it. no luck. i spayed starting fluid, flames came out of the throttle body (think i spayed to much). so any opinions.

Did it fire up with the starting fluid, or just shoot flames out? lol

Do you have fuel pressure?

just shot flames. and battery is dead. i been jumping it. i think the flames came out because the guy was starting it kept hittin the gas pedal (told him not to do that because i thought he was going to flood the engine) so when he didn;t press the gas and we sprayed it, it would make a poping sound and white smoke would out of the TB.

when i usually spray **** into the engine through the throttle body, I usually floor the car until it starts, i have found out it works better than laying off the gas all together, **** i had to to it today at work with some starter fluid myself.

but check the basics.
Spark, Injector pulse, Fuel etc

injectors could be plugged or stuck closed with shellac from the gas that was left in them.

meh, the best way is to get an injector pulse diode light and pug it into the injectors connector.

Does it stumble and then die, or does it just do nothing? Does it even start with the starter fluid sprayed in the TB?

take it to someone who knows what they are doing (friend or mechanic), its hard to help you without actually seeing and working on the car....
