Car running shitty at idle

recently my car has started running really crappy at idle it smells like the car is running really rich. i have a custom tune by paul 06blkg85ss and i know he knows his tuning i had that done back in october of last year the car ran fine up untill a month or so ago. from a performance stand point the car hasnt lost a step only a touch slower i used to put my friends car @ my rear bumper now he hangs by my door so its only a touch slower and i know that could be from alot of things. gas milage is still the same everything points to the car being fine but when im idleing if feels like iv lost a cylender it vibrates like crazy and when i have the ac on forget about it the whole dash rattels, i do have poly tranny mounts but theyve been in for 4 months now and this only started like a month ago. i got a cel and i had it checked it was the catalyst inefficency code so idk.
my mods are vibrant header/dp w/ high flow cat 2.5in corsa 2.5 exaust, injen cai and the custom tune. sorry of that was a tough read i jsut got home from work so bare with me but if anyone has anyideas please let me know. im guessing its just in the tune and a retune would solve my problems

Whens the last time you changed your plugs? Are you running the BRK7Es?

Go change your plugs and see if it goes away. Once you got with a higher HP than stock its not uncommon to have to change those almost at every oil change. I mean the tune is fine you know that, the only other thing it could be is ignition...

When my car was stock on stage 2 only i had to change the plugs....

change the plugs with every oil change? Are you running copper plugs? I'm just curious.
