If you have spark on all four are all four plug wet with fuel after trying to start it.again physically check
Remove them and look.note dry them off before reinstalling!
If you have spark on all four and they are all gas soaked after trying to start it
You are then either dealing with a timing issue or its flooding prematurely also could be a weak spark.

Let me know how you make out
And will go from there.

thanks i will double check all of this, i know he did ground the plugs once....

Did you clean the maf and the throttle body already?

On automatic the crank sensor wil do that but I would think you would have a code by now.
(stall for no apparent reason)

I haven't cleaned either one yet but the throttle body has less than 3000 miles on it. I got a 2.4 tb when I turned up the boost. Just for the heck of it I unplugged the cam sensor and started it up a couple of times and then plugged it back in and it ran for an hour without stalling. I doubt that fixed it tho, it'll probably be back to the same thing tomorrow.

The stupid people at the dealership would have fixed your car already.
There is a way to tell if the BCM is bad, also done by the stupid dealership.
Book it in!

By the sounds of your little rant you must work a dealership, but I didnt see a post on this thread of any help to the poster or any positive input from you.

Makes me wonder,about your advice

Book it in
Give me all your money.

I think most would agree that if that isnt a stealership quote I dont no what is !!!!

That kind of talk is why the saying (Stealership)came to be.

crazy mine ended up being wires too. Well sort of haha there was a bad connection in the fuse box under the hood so when I hit a bump and it came loose the car stalled
