car wount start help please!!!!

i get in my car today and trun the key and it wount start everything eles is workin. i und hooked the battery and noting the the a thing lit up that has a car and a lock on it. can anyone tell how to start it.

Sounds like somethings up with your security system.

Try pushing the unlock button afew times on your keyless entery.
If that doesnt work then I don't know.

My buddy has a problem like this with his Ion. You have to leave the key in the car for at least 10 minutes. Then it should start.

try reconnecting the battery :P hahaha j/k

ya i'd say the anti theft system has disabled the ignition.
