So I think my cats done. Wondering if anyone here has gotten theirs covered under the 8yr/80k mile warranty thing and if you got charged any money for the replacement at all or if it was a free ride because if it's a charge i'll take the damn thing off and gut it till I can order another catted DP.
The dealer I bought from is in VA and I'm in PA...so would any GM dealer accept the warranty or w/e? Or how does that work?

I did on my GMC van awhile ago and it was NO Charge !!!!
Anyway bring it in and the dealer will tell you.
But they could deny for mods that they think caused the premature failure ,if you only have stage 2
with no tune shouldnt be a problem.

Yeah I'm def not running stage 2 (a lot faster ) but I have the GMS2 injectors and a 3.0 which they won't be able to tell crap, plus I'm flashing stage 2 on before I go.
Only question I really have is would I be able to take it to ANY gm dealer or what?

nvm just read that link some and I have an aftermarket warranty so I guess I will give them a call and tell them what's up. they can't really deny it.

 

dealer was trying to give me the runaround bs so i just said f you and took matters into my own hands.
i've done everything else to the car so why should this be any different.
