Alright, I did a search and couldn't find the answer I was lookin for. I already had my cat clog twice! Now my SS is in the dealership getting a new tranny because everything between the flywheel and tires on these cars are complete junk. I had my mechanic check out my cat while its up on the lift because the cat has been smelling and I can start to feel the "wall" while the revs climb....so if the cat really is clogged AGAIN, am I just supposed to let them put in another part mismatched to the engine? aka the tranny/motor mounts, axles...ect. Just to have it clog again. Is there any policy on faulty parts and number of times they replace it with the same junk? I would like them to buy me GMPP exhaust or something to fix it right!

Back from the dead thread. A GMPP exhaust isn't going to fix the CAT . It's a CATBACK exhaust.
