First and formost let me apologize for creating another intake thread. But I have tried to

locate issues with CEL and CAI in these forums and elsewhere. I unfortunatly have come

up short of an answer. GMPP intake, will it throw a CEL on a 2.4? Maybe i am just not

seeing the thread but ive looked. If anyone has any ideas, let me know plz.

 

I'm going to venture that it won't throw a code because GM offers it on cars straight from the dealer. I would think that they would only do that if there were no problems with the computer.

 

my friend has had no codes, since he got the intake(a couple months now)

 

It better not...if it did I'd be pissed.

 

Thats what i was figuring. I appreciate the input on it. Any ideas on how to get rid of a CEL

with an aftermarket CAI w/o ECM programming?
