Im getting a p0100 code in my 09ss its coming up as maf circuit malfunction i believe. could this have any relation to the bov i had installed last year? also since the code its been backfiring 1-3 times a day. although it has before when its hot outside and it just recently started to get hot again. i gotta bring it to the dealer for the power steering i just dont want them to give me any crap saying that the code is from the bov. any ideas? thanks

 

Try cleaning the maf and check all piping for possible leaks.

The maf isnt metering all the air coming into the throttle body.
