CEL P2261 Help!

Hello!

I am posting today to try and clear up a problem that I have dealt with for many months since I have taken my car to ZZP's shop and had them install their 3" stainless downpipe, catback exhaust, 3 bar map sensor, and do a dyno tune on her. The problem literally started on my way home from their shop. I tried to ask for their help, and they said I could send my ecm back to them and they would reflash it...but I don't think that is the problem.

On a side note, while I was there, they found two holes in vacuum lines.

The problem is that I will get a check engine light come on and it reads P2261. I get a strong feeling that there is something wrong with my vacuum system somewhere. There are times when I hit the gas and it seems like there is lag before my car actually starts to boost. I also think it should be noted that I have a recirculating blowoff valve system using a TIAL QR 50mm blowoff valve. The blowoff valve flutters on any shift at low speeds (like below 70 mph). I am pretty sure I need to get the right spring for it, but I don't know how to test the vacuum pressure. I have tried attached a vacuum tester to the vacuum line going from the manifold to the blowoff valve, but it reads 0 vacuum while the car is running!

I absolutely cannot stand this CEL on anymore or hearing my blowoff valve make weird noises! Thank you for any help anyone provides! I am going to go out and take some pictures of my set up. Pictures will be up in a few minutes.

Is there a way to delete posts? I do not need this post anymore! I forgot I made a post a few months ago, but it was at the end of my college semester so I was so busy I had to put it off!!! If anyone else reads this, do not worry about this problem! I'm going to take it to a shop nearby where another CSS member works!
