CEL problems. Any help???

Ok first off I'll start with what I have done to the car that pertains to the situation. 2006 Cobalt SS/SC. 2.5" ZZP DP, 2.5" Tsudo exhaust, GM stage 2 3" pulley, 42# injectors, K&N CAI, ZZP S3 FMHE, Bosch IC pump, Bosch O2 sensor bank 1.

Ok here's the situation. I got on the throttle on the highway somewhere in the vicinity of 35mph at about 3500rpm in 2nd gear. Right after I got to about 80 the car stuttered for a fraction of a second and my CEL came on. I took it straight to the nearest auto store to have the code read. It read bank 1 sensor one oxygen sensor. Bought a brand new sensor and installed it, along with fresh oil, filter, fuel filter, aND new NGK plugs. I put everything in minus the fuel filter and started. The code went away. Then the next I'm driving it normally and that same code came back. However this time 3 codes are showing. I started the car after that and they went away. Now they've come back and they won't go away. I'm having these 3 codes: P0134, P0172, and P0030. I replaced the O2 sensor with a new one, but it's still there. I'm at a loss. Im gonna try cleaning the MAF, the air filter, and flushing the injectors and fuel system. It's running rich, it idles odd, it sputters when getting on the throttle. I just don't know what to do. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
