Cigarette Outlet Not Working

Here is the story. The other day I plugged my cell phone charger into the outlet located under the climate control. When I removed the charger, for whatever it fell apart. I noticed that there were some parts in the outlet that I could not get out with my fat fingers. My fiance was with me and she tried as well without success. Without thinking clearly she stuck a key into the socket trying to use it to retrieve the part. This resulted in a spark and the outlet no longer works. I have checked the fuses panels but did not see anything marked for the outlet. The other outlet by the ebrake works fine and nothing else seems to be not working. Any ideas as to where the problem may lye. I think its a fuse but I just don't know which one. Or the wiring may have fried.
