Ok so I converted my cobalt to cavy harness and computer and just put fuel pump on a toggle issue is car seems like getting to much fuel is the pump regulated constant or does it need computer to tell it what to do I Thought was cause no return so put 02 rail on and ran return to the return off the fuel filter same issue runs then will miss fire then clear out any ideas
