Clicking Sound...

I have this clicking sound in my car. I recently took off a OBX header/DP and put on a ZZP header/DP. When I got it on, I noticed a clicking coming from...somwhere in my car. It happens at idle when I first start it up and anytime I'm above 30%ish throttle. It comes from the same place, but I can't figure out where it is. I have narrowed it down to something knocking on the new header (maybe that screw it has a cutout for on the flange), or something internal that is going to kill me.

Here's a video...

Help?

Bump.

That sounds like a exhaust leak at the manifold to me. Are all the header nuts torqued properly and the gasket seated properly.
Just guessing though watching the video

That seems likely. I reused the stock gasket. I'll check it out. Thank you sir.

Dont reuse the stock gasket. They are not meant to be reused and for the price why bother and take that chance,Now you have to redue the work.
I personally hate doing things twice and have learned over the years sometimes its just doesnt pay to be cheap.

I read over and over on here that people reused the stock gasket and had no problems. I realize now this was a mistake, but I would say the majority of people that have this header reused their stock gasket. Plus, it's ******* metal. There wasn't anything bent of damaged, so I thought it was ok.

I was wrong.
