clutch got hot and slipped???

so yeah had a little sprint with an Integra tonight and I downshifted from 4-2 and I tried to rev match but was off by 1000RPM, car bucked but no big deal it ran and won, however..

after, I was in 5th crusing and if I gave it a little gas, the RPMS would bounce up then down again before settling and driving normal.

BUT this only lasted for a few seconds, then it drove fine again, so, did my clutch just get really damn hot? I had a tech drive it last week and he said my trans/clutch was perfect, so did it just get too hot and start slipping for a bit?

Most likely. It's usually a forewarning that your clutch is nearing the end of its lifetime.

I love highway driving but my clutch is doing that if I get on it in any gear above 3rd.

well its never done that before, just last night for a few seconds, and then it stopped, and its weird because I had a transmission specialist drive it and visually inspect it and he said it was perfect....

I've had it happen to me twice now on my Cobra, and it's only after i do at least 3 back to back runs.

The clutch feels a little different too. Stop and let it cool a little and it feels normal again though.
