Clutch problem
Clutch problem
Hello,
I have a 2006 LS with the 2.2L 4 banger and a manual trans.
Sorry for posting in the SS forums but I am DESPERATE.
Recently my clutch pedal went limp and I can not shift into gear. When the engine is off, I can put it in any gear but when I push the clutch pedal in and turn the ignition the starter pushes the car forward. There was no burning clutch smell leading up to this.
Here are my questions. Where is the most common failure point between the pedal and the transmission? Is this clutch mechanical or hydraulic? Will chevy cover this in warranty work?
Thanks!
