Arrow clutch problem really weird.

ok guys so weird thing here...say i floor it..doesn't matter what gear because i was thinking maybe it only does it in a certain gear..no does it for all.. the clutch pedal with disengage/engage at the top to start off..and then if i floor it and go to shift into the next gear (like you would for example if ur racing at the track)..there will be absolutely nothing but air at the top of the clutch pedal and it will disengage / engage and only be feel in the last like maybe 20% of pedal travel..like i said only after i floor it doesn't matter what gear...i changed the brake fluid when i did my brakes with dot-4 instead of dot-3 but shouldn't make THAT much of a diff specialy since how it only started doing this for 2 weeks or so or that i've noticed ..any ideas ppl?

Well, you're supposed to use dot-3, and maybe your clutch is gone?

clutch is decently gone to the point where i can't put too much power down in 1st gear yes but that doesn't explain why only when i floor it does it do it

Did you properly bleed the system when you did the brakes?

I think this is common. My clutch is kind of weird sometimes and it does something that is different from the other cars I have owned. It almost feels like a pressure build up or something in the pedal. Im not really sure. All of my vehicles have been manuals.

my clutch will do something similar. if i drive off in 1st easy then stomp it from a roll, on the 1-2 shift the clutch pedal will be quite hard, and when i let the pedal back out it will only have pressure about 1/2 way up, and when i shift for 3rd the pedal will be half way down, but quite firm. after stepping on the clutch a few times it will feel normal again.

as far as i can figure, its something to do with the self adjusting pressure plate. i think when you push the clutch in at the higher rpm of a stage 2 kit the centrifical force causes it to move to the "max worn out" point, and after pumping it it will adjust itself back to normal. what i havent been able to get is an answer from someone who had this happening and put in a non SAC style clutch (exedy hyper single, andy on SAC spec, ect) as to weather or not they still had this happening or if it cleared it up.

Mine does the same **** too. Only when I'm spraying at the top of 3rd into 4th. Completely lose half the pedal until I pump it 5 times.
