Exclamation Cooling fans

what exactly triggers the cooling fans to come on....? i have an LSJ... i have replaced relays and the temp sensor that is located in the right hand side by the upper coolant hose....

thanks for ya'll replies.
i remember mine used to kick in before 2oo... but i havent even heard the low speed kicking in... not even when it was 246 F.... so i wired one of the fans to a switch, but its getting annoying lol do this car only have one temp sensor?

do you have a cel come one or anything? check your coolant temp sensor. Another possibility is that there's a fuse blown.

i replaced it already, i didnt see anything wrong with relays but still replaced them... fuses were good, but will check again tomorrow

^^^that doesn't seem like the healthiest thing to do....might bring the engine out of its efficiency range, or mask a cooling problem.
