Couple questions bout maintenance and one problem

If it says it requires premium, just get premium from the gas station.
I'm not speaking in term of performance, but more to engine knock and timing.
Lesser fuels have early detonations than high octane fuels.
Listen to your owners manual more than anyone here on the site!
And if you're tuned, the DEFINITELY use premium.

I quote, "If your vehicle has the 2.0L L4 Supercharged engin, use premium unleaded gasoline with a posted octane of 91 or higher for best performance. You may also use middle grade or regular unleaded gasoline rated at 87 octane or higher, but your vehicle's acceleration may be slightly reduced. If the octane is less than 87, you may get a heavy knocking noise when you drive. If this occurs, use a gasoline rated at 87 octane or higher as soon as possible. Otherwise, you might damage your engine."
It doesn't say YOU MUST USE 91 OCTANE OR HIGHER OR YOUR SC WILL DIE. I win.
