hey i was wondering if a cracked windshield is coverd under warranty..i only have had the car 9 months...and the crack is in the lower corner of the driver side window... this will be the second time in a month that my car will be in the shop im jus so FRUSTRATED THX

My front window on the lower driverside crack as well, If there is no evidence of a rock hit or glass missing within the crack, it will be covered. My window cracked because of stress on the frame and window, and when it cracked a piece of glass broke off, and the dealer said it was from a rock, but any mother ****** could tell it was a stress crack. I have only had my car for 3 months. So, I am out 300 dollars

 

your insurance should cover it shouldn't it? make SURE it's GM supply and not that bullshit they try to passoff as factory glass

 

Mine cracked in the same place today on the way home from work. No impact damage, just driving down a bumpy road. I've seen F-bodies do it when you add a lot of power without a cage or subframe connectors but a stock Cobalt??? Ridiculous.
