dirt in engine help

so im posting this for a friend his car i guess the filter wasnt on the cai right and the filter came off and has been off for sometime now everything was taking off and cleaned but there was a huge amount of dirt on the tb it was like sludge.
if its on the tb most likely its inside the engine.

my question is what can be done to fix this? if the engine had to be taken apart what would need to be replaced to put it back togeather?

the car runs fine but its most likely not fine its a 2.2 l61

If the TB has gunk and **** in it just clean it out with throttle body cleaner, NOT carb cleaner. Anything else will be burned up.

It is most likely gunky from the oil getting into the intake from the crankcase vent which is normal. So the oil is just catching some of the dirt.
