Ditched my baby in a white out
last sunday there was a crazy white out in my area and i lost sight of the road when it started blowing and I started to slow down and ended up going off the road and into the ditch before I could stop. it was a deep ass ditch and the snow was very hard so I messed up the cobalt pretty good. The tow company came and got it out and they say it was all iced into the ditch when they got there which may have cause even more damage to it but as far as I know the damage is:
Broken Driver's Side window
Dented Driver's Side Door
Cracked front bumper
Dented up Rear Quarterpanel
Broken Side view mirror
Bent Tie-Rods
Radiator Pushed up and back
broken interior panel (my buddies elbow busted through the plastic)
estimated damage is 3800$ which seems kind of low to me considering all of the damage. what does you guys think? Im kind of worried that my babys never gonna drive the same again....

If you go to a decent repair/auto body shop, your car will drive just the same as before. That price seems pretty good, but ask to see some pictures of their work, or a car they just finished before you take yours there. Don't try insurance... your premium will only go up and you'll be paying this accident for seven or more years.

sorry i didnt know accident counted as car trouble haha. well anyways yeah i dont think im going to claim it. i did claim the window but other than that ill probably fix the body panels myself and my girlfriends dad can paint it, and i wanted to get an aftermarket front and rear bumper anyways so i can do that now (probly cheaper than oem too) and then ill just have the shop get a radiator and fix the tie rods.
