Door Catching On Quarter Panel

So randomly yesterday the bottom of my drivers door started catching on the front quarter panel. After further inspection my door has play in it. So I guess the door pins are worn out. I tried to adjust the door slightly just to keep it from rubbing but then it throws the latch out. From what I read this is a common Balt problem. Anyone fixed this before? Do I just replace the door pins or the whole hinges? Hard job to do?

Thanks

I had an 03 Cavi before this I bought brand new and put 200,000km on it and never had an issue. My Balt only has 80,000km and the hinges are shot already. Cheap crap. I was able to loosen the hinge bolt to adjust it without taking the quarter panel off. I would like to take the door off without taking the quarter panel off. I just wanted some insight on changing the hinges.
