So anyone have any issues with the doors not opening / shutting?

My driver side door stopped opening for a few days. Then it started working for a little bit. Now my passenger side also decided to be jerk. The doors unlock / lock with both the key and the remote. Neither the inside handle or the outside handle works.

I did manage to get them open after playing with them for about five minutes or so. I sprayed down the latch with penetrating spray and covered the latch in white grease. Seems to be working for now. But I'm worried because that's not actually fixing anything.

 

had the same issue a couple of times. smashing it harder solved the problem for good

That's pretty much what I did, minus moving the striker plate over. So far so good.
