Dam whent out to wash my Balt today & the drivers door won't open like both the inside & out side handles are disconnected ?? WTF

I tried a search on the subject but no hits So does anyone know it our doors electric as far as the door handles or are they mechanical?

I just cant see both handles breaking at the same time (inside and out)

I dropped it off at the dealers & I guess I'll see whats up as I'm to tall to get in from the passanger side>

 

i had a post on this a while ago

there is a TSB for it, they need to regrease it but if that doesnt work they will just replace the whole latch. just go in and tell them the problem, happened to me and they replaced it all under warranty

 

what the dealer think when they saw u and cant get out on the drivers side?

 

There closed today But I know them well, So I dropped off the car & I'll call them tomorrow morning

 

i'm having the exact opposite problem! Sometimes mine wont shut. But that's just one of the long list of problems i've had out of mine. I love driving my car, but it has been a total piece of **** since I got it!

 

my buddy had the same problem... got it replaced under warranty sometimes it wouldnt open and sometimes it wouldnt shut

 

I just had mine replaced, the dealer told me that greasing it is a waste of time because it'll just do it again eventually. Door opens and shuts better than it did before

 

glad to see i wasn't going crazy n the only one having this problem.... I tell you it was awesome being 6'5" n having to get out of the passenger side for a whole week

 

Dealer replaced the whole latch assembly, so another thing to watch after warrantys up
