got a 06SS/sc and the ds window makes a kind of crunchy pop sound when you roll the window up, not every time but is seems like most of the times...dont seem to here it on the pass side, any one else with this issue.

 

Not on my cobalt, but my girlfriend's S-10 does the same thing, it drives her nuts. Don't know what it is, if I ever have the door panel off I'd look at the window mounts, they may be the problem (either in the vertical track, or where the window sits mounted to the part that moves it).

 

sounds like u need a window regulator
