a few days ago my trac light came on and started shifting hard and under acceleration it sounds like the filter is plugged (cleaned it last month), the following day the engine light added itself to the mix. i cant figure it out. any ideas? Had it scanned and its not showing any codes. Also changed the cps, worked briefly.

 

12g and $3500 scanners pick up nothing and a $20 scanner does.... anyway p0014 and p0010 codes thrown

 

Well those are the cam sensor codes,if you replaced it or them then I would be looking at the wiring for them.Dont forget to inspect the connectors and pins as well.
You did the install right by aligning the notch and having the proper cyl at tdc?

If you need the pinouts to check the continuity of the wires let me know.

 

CPS and both cam actuators (intake/exhaust)

 

Cps change requires a relearn ,need a tech 2 .the dealership is the only place I know that can do it.
