Noise coming from middle of motor at idle and pulsating a little bit any info need some advice please

I had the same it was the timing chain idler. I had the chain ,idler, and all new guides installed at the dealer for like 1900$

I actually bought the car with a stage 2 set up. A month later it blew up. Got a motor with 30k on it 2 months later timing chain went. Dealer charged me 1900 to fix it. I bought the motor for 3300

It was 1900 for everything. I didn't fix just the idler I got new chain all new tensioners every thing
