Okay so I've been working on my car for a couple days now, got everything on, and started it today. When I started it, it idled fine and wasn't throwing any codes whatsoever. I let it idle for about 15 minutes and then decided to give it a rev, and once I did, the engine went into power reduced mode and it threw two codes, P0068 about the MAF/MAP throttle position correlation, and another one about the barometric circuit, I don't have the code on hand. I made my own intake that is 3" for the most part but tapers down to 2.75 in the middle and goes back to 3" so I had ZZP tune me for their 3" intake. Also, I'm running the LS4 throttle body which I had them tune my pcm for as well but I'm thinking that may be the problem. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Oh and I can rev very little (up to about 2k) without the engine throwing a fit.
