Hey everyone, your expertise would be really appreciated. I do all my own work and know most of this car back to front, but this has me scratching my head. So my 07 Cobalt, 150k, (2.2 eco tech) is boggling my mind over a stubborn evap issue.

I’ve replaced the following in an attempt to get this thing to pass emissions in NJ.

- EVAP purge solenoid
- EVAP vent solenoid
- EVAP canister
- Gas Cap
- Detached and cleaned all EVAP quick connect unions.

I pulled a filler neck off of a scrap yard car to swap to mine, but I really doubt that’s it at this point. I’m starting to think it’s something on the gas tank, which would suck.. I haven’t smoke tested it but I’m close to buying or making one for this..
