ok so a little over 1 month ago i had to get a new exhaust put on my ss/sc because it was making a rattling noise and it turned out that my cat was falling apart. I've had my new factory exhaust for about a month and noticed the other day that there is a raspy noise coming from under the car whenever i give it gas. It's not like my other problem where it would rattle whenever i would be in higher rpms, it just makes the sound whenever i drive or rev it. The noise isn't very loud but it can be heard under the sound of the engine. I'm not sure if it is making this sound because it has just been broken in or if there is a small exhaust leak from where it wasn't bolted on securely enough when replaced. I will probably check for a leak today if the weather gets better.

check for a leak, also check the heat shield. i bet the heatshield is touching the exhaust somewhere.
