fan making noise

fan making noise
when i turn the fan on in the car, for AC or heat, i get this chirping noise. almost sounds like bearings are going out. Doesnt matter if its blowing air on my feet or out of the panel, hot or cold air. has anyone ran into this? how hard is it to replace the fan, assuming thats my prob? thanks
