Fans come on after car is off?

So i've got a 06' 2.4, After nothing out of the ordinary (except jumping a guy 2 days before this happened). I go to start the car...dead. Get it jumped and can't figure out what the deal was. Next start...dead, jumped again. This time i find that when i shut the car off my fans come on, which sucks the battery down so the car won't start. The engine threw a code p0690 (Engine Controls Ignition Relay Feedback Circuit High Voltage ECM). I can jump the car and start it and the fans go off (if i leave the key in the position just before i start it they are off). Everything on the car is reading normal temps. I'm not really sure where to look to possibly find a cheaper fix than a $600 ecm.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Could have a bad relay,(sticking on) Or a short to ground somewhere (ground wire leading from the fan
which goes through a relay )The ecm turns the fan on by switching on the relay to complete the grounding circut.

Or the ecm could be bad !(short internally)

So i've narrowed the problem to the ecm. So now i pose a new question. Can i go to a salvage yard and grab a 2.2 ecm (i know a local yard with an 08 2.2 ripe for the picking) and get it reflashed? Or do i have to buy a specific 2.4 ecm from the stealership?

I think you could put it in but it will need the case relearn.
Need a tech 2 to do it so your going to end up at the dealer.

Going to need a case relearn if you swap them so might as well drive it to the dealer and let them swap it out and do the relearn at the same time.
