Finishing engine swap - starter and wiring harness issues

Hi everyone

I put a new 2.0 LSJ engine in my cobalt and I've just finished up installing it and hooking up most of the wiring harness. I have a couple of connectors that I can't figure out where they go and I'm not sure I did the wiring to the starter correctly. I know where the small wire hooks up but the others I am having trouble with. Also I have a couple of black female connectors that are purple in the middle that I cant figure out where they go. One is near my throttle body and the other is down near my oil filter somewhere. Any help would be appreciated.
