My right side HID fog light sometimes works and other times doesnt. Sometimes it will be on for a couple minutes and then just shut off. The driver side one works perfectly. Is the ballast going bad,or the bulb?

 

Sounds like a balaast to me, Swap with the drivers side and see if it moves

 

Swap the ballast with the drivers side. See if the issue goes with the ballast or stays with the bulb.

happenes to me also but only when i switch them on and off one sometimes doesnt come on i turn them off wait a few and turn it on again and its working fine
