took my car in for some work and they found that my front right axel seal was leaking. can anyone tell me anything about this

 

well, if it's just the boot, they can put a new boot and re-fill it. that's the best case scenario. worst case is you blew an axle or a cv joint. is it driving ok, or does the car shake a little when you're on the throttle

 

Mine was leaking as well. First time they just replaced the seal and it was leaking a week later again.
I’m on my way to pick up my car right now. They just replaced the entire thing

 

I had them look at mine for that and they said it was weeping not leaking and would not replace the seal.
This summer I will demand it be repaired.
Mine was weeping on the driver side if it matters.
