I have the same problem, but it really isn't a big deal. The gap is very unnoticable unless you look really closely.

Mine has no gap on either side, so it looks pretty symmetrical, except for the hood line. There's no gap around the bottom of the headlight and then there's about an eighth of an inch (guessing) of space around the top.

Dammit! I wish I would have never read this thread b/c I never noticed it before!

I have a slight gap below one side of the headlight. It's not really noticeable and isn't really alarming to me.

Mine has this problem as well... it's pretty bad... I'll be printing the TSB out and going to the dealer next week.

my bumper is the same and it has a bump in the middle of the headlight. When I go to the dealer again I will bring this to their attention hopefully it will be like when I was getting water out of my spoiler which they replaced and they will at least try to fix the bumper problem

mine has that problem too, but theres a gap on the drivers side and its almost pushed up too far on passanger, hinting to an uneven mount. Do you think that opening can get in water and possibly get sucked in by my air filter on the airbox mod?

I am taking it to the dealer soon.

So did anyone actaully get this fixed? Mine is really bad, I'm getting ready to install a lower grill and I'm gonna look at it while my bumper is off to see what is causing it.

I fixed mine a little... if you take out the headlights and the black plastic mounts you can see on the bottom there is a piece of metal that the black bracket bolts in to. You can loosen the bolts in that piece of metal and move it around. It will move your headlight forwards and backwards a bit and will correct for some of the gap.

That's the best I have been able to do. I've had the whole front end off twice and haven't been able to align it any better.

It's kinda sad that the front bumper fits like most of the aftermarket kits do... not really impressive quality there.

Took mine to the dealer with the bulletin I posted in this thread. Turned out great and no more gap at all.
