Front end clunking when turning at full lock.

Just this weekend my car started clunking when turning at full lock. It seems to only happen on left hand turns. I am speculating a cv joint? ball joint? also considering that my sway bar was not reinstalled properly at the dealership due to powergrid endlinks. I will be installing YYZ springs tomorrow. Any ideas as to what this could be so i have a general idea as to where to look for problems?

I have a 2007 LS with FE5 shocks and struts, pedders springs, rack spacers and powergrid endlinks.

i had a knocking noise when turning, and i thought it was a wheel bearing and when i went to fix it found out the cv joint was completely disconnected, so i got a new axel and now it doesnt do it!

I will look into that. I also have some vibration at highway speeds but i think that may be a flat spot in one of my tires.
