fuel pressure promblem

i need to Re-pressurize the fuel system cuz i just recently put in a new fuel pump so can someone help me out on how to do that?

Cycle the key to the "On" position for two seconds. Then turn it off. Repeat that one more time.

Then crank the car until it starts. It may take a bit.
